The short version

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell personal data. We collect basic analytics about how pages are used, and affiliate links carry a tracking parameter so operators can attribute a signup to us.

What we collect

• Analytics. Pages viewed, approximate region, device type, referring site and time on page, in aggregate.
• Technical data. IP address, browser and operating system, in server logs.
• Information you send us. If you email us, we hold that message and your address in order to reply.

We do not collect payment details, gambling account credentials or transaction history. We never see them.

Cookies and affiliate tracking

This is the part worth understanding. When you click through to an operator, the link carries a tracking parameter identifying this site as the referrer. The operator sets its own cookie so that if you register, our referral is recognised. That cookie is set by the operator under its privacy policy, not ours, and typically lasts between 30 and 90 days.

We also use analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them does not restrict any part of this site.

Legal basis and your rights

We process this data under legitimate interests: running and improving a free comparison site. Under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and applicable provincial legislation, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for correction of inaccurate information, ask for deletion, and withdraw consent to analytics.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only with analytics providers acting on our instructions, and with affiliate networks that receive the referral identifier, not your personal details. We will disclose information where legally required.

Retention

Analytics data is retained in aggregate for up to 26 months. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and a reasonable period afterwards.

Children

This site is intended for adults of legal gambling age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and gambling content is not directed at minors.
